2nd level

The graduates obtain knowledge and skills in the field of safety and security, crissis planning and civil protection, health and safety at work. They are able to assess the constructions and technological equipment with a complex plan of fire safety; to apply knowledge on technics and technical equipment, used during rescue operations; conceptually and methodologically to carry out the control activities on the level of the central state administration authority.

Knowledge in the areas:

• f̴̴ire protection and firefighting,

• fire safety in building constructions and fire safety of technological processes,

• fire-fighting equipment and tactics of fire intervention, • health and safety at work,

• rescue and fire-fighting equipment,

• crisis planning and civil protection.

Abilities:

• with the investigate fires, analyse and specify problems in coping with the fires and others emergencies,

• manage the processes of changes in technological processes,

• interpret research results to be applied in the area of fire protection.

Competence:

• professionally to manage and organise the operations of rescue services of the Integrated Rescue System,

• designing of fire safety of technological processes and specialised buildings,

• designing of complex documentation of fire protection, health and safety at work and civil protection.
