Slovenčina1st level Fire Protection and Safety
The graduates are able to analyse the situation and problems in implementating the rescue operations and the activities in the field of fire protection and to propose the measures; professionally to manage and organise the operations of rescue services of the Integrated Rescue System. They obtain knowledge of fire, fire chemistry, fire protection, fire safety in building, health and safety at work, crisis planning.
Knowledge in the areas:
• fire chemistry, combustion and firefighting,
• fire safety in building constructions,
• fire-fighting equipment and fire tactics,
• fire testing in fire protection,
• health and safety at work,
• legal systems, sources of law, signs of legal norms in the field of fire safety and security.
Abilities:
• apply principles of fire protection,
• analyse the situation and problems in implementating the rescue operations and the activities,
• in the area of material´sfire properties testing,
• by assessment of fire risk.
Competence:
• manage and organise the operations of rescue services of the Integrated Rescue System,
• provide consultations with the employer in the areas of fire protection and health and safety at work,
• make a documentation of fire protection.
